During the prophetic mission of the Prophet Muhammad, we tried to determine what year the holy rules revealed about worship and law were ordered and applied for he first time by making use of the works in the field of siret, hadith, figh and tafsir. It can be seen that, these holy rules have not been revealed as a group but have been interspersed in a balanced and gradual way according to years. The wisdom and the reasons underlying this order of ahkam are highlighted as follows: Spiritually increasing faith and patience, priority provisions in order to facilitate the application of the subsequent judgment, provisions provisions for modification, correction or approval of certain practices existing in the geography of the revelation, provisions for the gradual prohibition of some established false customs in society taking into account the social structure, the provision of the answers to the Prophet, subject to the provision of issues that had not been previously ruled. },author={Nizamettin ERGÜVEN},year={2019},journal={Kesit Akademi}}
