Abstract

Considering the concept of brain drain recently, the increasing rate of migration is remarkable. The concept of brain drain is defined as the migration of a trained audience to another country for better living conditions for better living conditions. This mass, which migrated in order to reach improved living conditions, is mostly "White collar" or "Prekarya" with its current use. On the basis of the concept of precariousness, it is possible to talk about a group of people who are constantly working in indefinite works in the plaza environment. In fact, precarious today is a concept put forward to represent a group that has emerged as a continuation of the working-class proof of the past. Guy Standing described the concept of precary as a romantic free spirit that rejects the norms of the old working class in his book "Precarious New Dangerous Class" (Standing, 2019, 24). Today, the investigation of the family communications, purchasing and brand use of this audience is actually seen in connection with the desire to immigrate to another country. In research, all these processes are examined.
